We Champion The Constitution,

As It Was Written

Our Mission

The Foundation for the Constitution, founded in 2022, supports a variety of programs on constitutional law and theory, placing special emphasis on how best to remain faithful to the Constitution’s text. Led by Professor Randy Barnett, the Foundation sponsors lectures, faculty colloquia, conferences, the Scholars’ Constitution, and an active alumni association. All of the Foundation’s activities are nonpartisan and designed to engage scholars, students, judges, and the general public in conversations about how to interpret and apply our written Constitution.
